Weekly Meditation Class

Beginning Monday, September 11th, I will be starting 4-weeks of meditation practice & instruction from 8-9pm.  This is a chance to truly relax and experiment with various methods of mindfulness & meditation.  I will introduce breathing exercises, a body scan, mantras, creative visualisation & mindful moments.  We will spend time sitting, lying down & relaxing in the hammocks... with candles & calming music.
