With the dark nights most definitely upon us we have decided to take a negative and turn it into a positive, the only way us yogis know how! We will be teaching a weekly candlelit Yin Yoga class in order to release tension in the body and introduce calm and quiet to the mind.
Yin Yoga consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that primarily affect the lower part of the body—the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. The aim is to increase circulation to those areas and improve flexibility. It is the perfect complement to more dynamic practices.
